Benchmarking
Hiring the right candidate becomes a whole lot easier when you know what they look like. Too many variables prevent you from benchmarking on CVs, qualifications or work experience but you can benchmark on personality. And as a Contact Centre you are likely to be hiring more on personality than on skill so it makes sense to use personality benchmarking.
However, Personality Benchmarking used to cost a lot of money and involved business psychologists spending several days on site. To solve this problem, PeopleMaps has created a significant breakthrough in recruitment by providing a new online benchmarking tool and replaced something that was often just gut feel with proven science.

There are two methods of setting up a personality benchmark; either based on historical models, such as high performing employees’ profiles or it can be competency based against selected criteria. In practice – the employer completes a short benchmarking questionnaire for each job role. (which takes about 10 minutes each)
Job candidates are sent to a unique web page to complete a personality questionnaire (which takes about 8 minutes)
You then simply compare your new candidates against your benchmark and select the ones that most closely resemble it. The video demonstrates this better so it is recommended you watch it.
